Is it possible to link menu item to selected category

I am trying to use Phoca Download to manage photo downloads as well as document downloads. I have created a couple of categories for photo downloads and a couple of categories for document downloads. I would like to create a menu item in the main menu to link to one of the document download categories. Currently however, I am only able to create a link to the Phoca Download List Of Categories (Categories View), i.e. show all the categories in one place.

Is it possible to select a category while specifying list of categories, and not show all the categories, i.e. something like:

Hi, in menu manager, while creating a menu link, you can create a menu link to category only.
