User can´t edit his file-informations

hi,
what I have to do in PD, that an owner can edit his file-informations after upload.
The user has in the frontend just the list of his files, but no further link-features, so that he can´t update any file-informations.

I have a user,
listed in PD-backends member-list
given in the sub-categories the rights (highlighted by Ctrl+mouse)

without success, I give him rights in the upper categories too or
PD>configuration>userright:options given his J!-group the last four rights.

Hi, for now users are able to upload, publish and delete files in frontend but not edit - this si planned.
