Uploaded file won't show up in frontend

We've had a designer build our site. When I upload files they don't appear in the front-end. Actually, some do ---> If you look at our site you'll see that I can upload to "Worksheets and Lessons" but not to "Ant identification key". I can't get hold of the designer, so need your help! Please email me at [removed becaus of spam issues] so I can temporarily open the site if you are going to check it.

Hi, do you mean the frontend or admin upload? If frontend, check if the files are authorized after uploading.
