Cannot See The Preview Butoon

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I cannot see the preview button.

- I changed "Display File View" to "Yes"
- I add the file in "File - Preview"
- When I click on "Specific Icon (2), there are no icons there to select

What am I missing please?
