Error 404 with the Download plugin

I use Joomla 1.5.23 and Phoca 1.3.9, the Phoca Download Plugin 1.3.6 and the Button-Phoca Download 1.3.5

In my text there is now this code:
{phocadownload view=file|id=9|text=Flyer zur Orgelradtour 2011|target=b}

If I click at the link in the frontend there comes the error 404 - Document not found.
At the url there is this path http://www.mysite.de/index.php/componen ... dtour-2011
The correct link would be:
http://www.stadtkantorei.de/phocadownlo ... ur2011.pdf

Where is my mistake?
