changing webserver any possible incompatible?

Hi I want to change apache to litespeed.
I want to know any possible incompatible with litespeed configuration which i should care about them?
About all phoca download complex(comp-modules-plugins&..........)

I think there should be no incompatibilities but I have no experience with lightspeed.
Personally I will test the nginx http://nginx.org/ server this week with Joomla and the needed extensions.
To find out the right configuration is in most cases the harder work.
You can test it before using it in a productive system maybe at home with a virtual machine or a second pc.
