Description not fills with JCE editor

In phoca download v. 2.0RC3 and with JCE Editor 2.0 beta8 - when I fill "description" in new file creator, and then save - description field stay empty, when I switch off JCE editor - "description" field works.

And second question - I have a newsflash module in right cullumn - when I add code for phocadownload plugin for download one file - download link is strange and download doesnt work. In standard articles plugin works great.

It worked in beta 7 - so hopefully beta 9 will fix this problem

Actually, its working for me now.
Fix is published - directly for linking but solved this issue also.
