No idea, because this depends on the time Jan have. Jan is the only developer of all this extensions.

Now I am working on RC5 of Phoca Gallery, after this the Phoca Download will be worked and then I hope I will find to do the Phoca Download Plugin for Joomla! 1.6 ... but there so many factors which influence it, so cannot say exactly when this will be ready.
