When you go to my download page the title is BRIGHT RED. I would like to change this color so that it matches my site. Where can I make this edit?
In addition, is there an option to TURN it off completely? I already have titles and would like to turn the RED LETTERS off.

setting of this color was in the template.css But I still dont know how to turn the content heading off.

Hi, which content heading you mean?
Mostly the heading, you can disable in parameters (basic) in menu links.
