I can download a pdf file, but I cannot preview it.
In the file setup I set the "filename - preview" to point to exactly the same file as "filename", but it always returns the error message "Page Not Found" when I click on the preview button.
I am using Firefox.
Thanks
Alex

Re: Preview returns "Page Not Found" error
Hi again,
I'm using Firefox 3.6.12. I get the same error with IE 7, so its not a browser issue. I have obviously not set some parameter correctly, but I have no idea what.
Thanks

Re: Preview returns "Page Not Found" error
More on the problem: It only occurs if my files are stored outside of public_html.
If I store my files inside the public_html folder, I can both download and preview.
If I store them outside of this folder, I can download them but not preview them.
Is there a work-around for this?

Hi, yes if you store the files outside public_html they cannot be found while preview.
As feature request, it is planned to add two different folders, one for preview (play) and second for download.
