problem to upload a file

Hello,
I have a problem to download a file in Phoca Download:
I click "new file", then I click "file" in front of "filename", the file download window opens, with my old list of files loaded, and under "browse files", but when I click on it, nothing happens, so I can not download the file I want to publish ...
Can you help me?

Hi, do you mean "upload" with "download" ?

If yes, try to disable flash upload feature in Phoca Download Settings, so the single file upload will be activated.
