How to don`t permits Dowloads and Save Preview pdf files

Hello,

I am beginnig to use phoca download, and is very nice, for me is better that docman and mossets tree.

I need when the user give "Preview" option in a pdf file, the pdf viewer don`t permits him to download or save the file. The unique option for download pdf files should be the "Download" button.

I have found in other programs to use ....pdf#~toolbars=0, but i don`t know how to do some similar in phoca.

Hi, because of this, there are two fields - option to set two files. One for preview (e.g. pdf with table of content) and the second for download which can be protected by permissions.

Thanks for your response.

I Understand what you say. Preview option have been designed and developed for showing documents like table of content or summary.

But, I need that the user can`t download the file in pdf viewer. Pdf viewer permits options "Save" (This option not only permits "Preview", to permits Download).

In other code i see that put ...pdf·toolbars=0 in pdf viewer call. I thint that in phoca download can be some similar.

Hi, the pdf viewer is a part of PC operating system, it only display pdf which is stored on your system (after clicking the preview, your system will store the pdf somewher and the os plugin displays it. I think there is no chance to change behaviour a programm on your PC from internet site )
