Error while downloading file

Hi, I installed pHOCA DOWNLOAD, CREATE CATEGORY, ETC..create files(upload files, for each category, see those files on my site, but when i click to download button i have error all the time.
But system was installed perfectly, without any errors, everything i like so much, looks excelent, only one problem:
Error while downloading file.. i got this message all the time when i click on download button..
Please help me!!!
Is the any settings i did not see and need to be configured?

I found why its wrong!!
When you select file to upload, click upload, and after this click on this file from the uploaded files list, this file automatically placed name to name field, and it will work for download..

I also try to figure out this downloading problem and after few hours I resign. I never think that clicking on this file is the way to solve the problem
