[Feature Request] File type icons

Would be great if Phoca download could:

automatic show icon of filetype next to filename - zip-pdf-rar-doc-jpg and so on

For now I have no experiences with this so cannot give any advices.

You need some function like:

- you get the filename
- with help of Joomla! method or Phoca Download method you will get the extension type for the filename
- you will create a function where you send the extension info and it will return the name of the icon.

The icon you will display next to the file.

It could be really interesting to have some icons file, like if it´s a zip file, a zip icon, video file, video icon...

I don´t know how to hack phocadownload so, i just see if I could make it with css...

Hi, in fact there can be such possibility - you will extract the extension name (e.g. jpg, png, zip) and add this info to the class of item and then you will paste the class with link to the image into the CSS.
