Downloads do not work

Hi all,

I have installed the Phoca Download Component and the Tree module. everything seems to be working fine except for a very important thing. When I reach the downloads and click on the I get a 404 error and it fails. I suppose it must be something simple but I cannot understand what it is. Here is a link where you can try it

Can someone please let me know what I am doing wrong?

you have to create a menu link to Phoca Download Component.

Unfortunately that does not seem to be the issue.

I have followed the instructions in your link and I have noticed the difference they make, but I had already got that part working. Basically I can see the Sections and Categories I have created, but what I cannot download the actual files contained in the Categories.

You can try the following

1) Go to http://www.famac.com/rc/index.php/bulletin.html
2) Then open Archived Bulletins in the RCA Download Tree on the Right pane
3) Then click 2007

All of this works fine. I have noticed that the url link in step 3 is http://www.famac.com/rc/component/phoca ... -2007.html

Once the section is opened in the next screen, if I click on either any of the categories (2007, 2008, etc) or the actual files below, they still seem to be pointing to the same link http://www.famac.com/rc/component/phoca ... -2007.html but this time the link does not work.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please? How do I download those files?

Hi Adri,
I can`t see a link eg. in your Main menu to Phoca Download Component. Or do you use a "hidden menu"?
If not, Phoca Download Component is not able to create ItemID.
Phoca Download Tree Module is not able to create ItemID.
