Installation big problem

I tried to installon the regular way of Joomla! and I get a blank screen.
I did the installation with FTP and making the Mysql tables and Phoca can't make categories.
I changed the upload time in 600 (10 minutes) and the upload to 4 Mb in php.ini.
I tried version 6.1 and 6.2 and now it's over.
If nobody can help me I'm going to look for another Photogallery and that's very disappointing because I work with it on another side and it works perfectly.
I see the problem in the forum but no solution.
Who has a suggestion.
