How to View the uploaded files in Backend

Is it possible to admin to view the uploaded files in backend ?

Hi, Administrator can see the files which were created in front.

Yeah in the front end Admin can see, but it will take some time to switch between backend to frontend just for reviewing the uploaded file.
So in conclusion admin can't view the uploaded file in back end ?

Hi, sorry I still don't understand? Why admin should not see the file in administration. He/she can see all files in administration
