File Download Requiring Login

Hello,

I have a file download link that is requiring login. I have the access level for the section, category and file set to public.

Phoca Download and the the plugins are upgraded to 1.3.3

What else do I need to do?

What is the goal of your settings?

I want people who are not logged in to be able to download it. I don't understand why I can't get it to work when the file, category and section are all have access setting at public.

Hi, is the file set as public too, check the file parameters too.

I had same issue but fixed it when I realized I had a menu item for the component set to "special". Set it to public and it'll work
