Uploading via front end

Hi

I have installed Phocadownload. I am able to upload no problem in the administration panel. But on the front end I am unable to see all the sections and categories. What am I doing wrong here?

OK< I think it is an issue with another mod I have installed

Can you tell me a name of the mod caused the compatibility problem?
