Download button in file view not working

Hi,
I tested it on my computer and created Section List Layout and I changed the display to file view

so when someone click on something to download he get new page with description and the download button don't work there.

it worked without the file view and I tried it on two new joomla installation.
any idea how to fix it?

another question there is a plug-in that can give the user the ability to rate the download?

Same problem here on Joomla 1.5.15 & Phoca Download 1.3.2 Beta. Is there a solution available?

download button don't work there

Do you use the 1.3.2 stable?
Is there a button in file view? or not?
Do you get some error?
Can I see the site where this occurs?

I can see the download button but when I click on it, I think he refresh the page. I cannot find an error message.

I have 1.3.2 Beta, where I can find the stable version?

there is a rating plug-in ?

I can see the download button but it generates this message: Fout bij downloaden van bestand which means Error downloading file

This error is only generated in File View.

I don't upload it yet, because of this bug
I can tell you that its new fresh install on joomla 1.5.15 tested on two systems(two different installations) ,
with and without sef,
its only happened in file view, I don't get an error message,I don't have more extensions enable or non build plug-ins enable
its really new fresh install if you enable file view, its work for you?

I upgrade to 1.3.3 and still same problem

Is the file internal file or external file?

I only use external links, like rapidshare and megaupload.
