So I tried to upload the file and click it to have the right naming of the file and the right pad to the file. This was the most common fault i have found on the forum.
Also are my server setting correct ( i think) because I have installed rokdownload from rockettheme (i also use an template of them) and with rokdownload I can download without any problems the same files.
I would prefer to use Phoca download however it just look nicer and more settings to use
