Error While downloading file

I am facing this problem "Error while downloading file" while i try to download the file from my own site for testing purpose.

Using Firefox 3.0.8, I'm not getting any errors, but I'm also not getting a download either. You might try it without the ampersand symbol (&) in the name.

yes but it doesnt work, even for the first download w/o "&" in the name doesnt work as well.

What can i do for the files to be download?

How did you upload the file?

Can you download the file directly from the location it was placed?
