After Update Joomla4 - Attempt to modify property "query" on null

Hello,
after a update to Joomla4 i became the follow error in the front.

The Change to PHP8 was before and on Joomla3 phoca gallery works correct.

What can i change or what is my error?

Hi,
yes.
When i use "list from pictures (category view)"
i select a category with under categories - i became the error
When i use direct a under categorie i became not the error.

There is no official beta versions. It was implemented from Jan, for testing purposes.
