How to make pdf invoice addon sent email?

Hey, is it possible to easily make pdf invoice addon send an email with pdf user agreement. PDF would have to have product name in the title, customer name, and maybe some other things and then maybe couple of paragraphs of text.... How hard would this be to make? Basically it's for selling digital goods in VirtueMart, and then getting a user agreement that seemed official and specific to that customer...

In which moment should the email be sent?

The email would be sent once the order is completed in VirtueMart. So whenever virtuemart labels the order as "COMPLETE".

Hi, I think this need not to be so difficult, problem by creating such addon is the time because you need to do such solution, then you need to describe all the changes in the core files and you need to write some guide what should be done
