Error while creating thumbnails in Phoca gallery

An error occurred on the site a few days ago.

Error - thumbnail of one or more images could not be created. It was probably causes by a lack of memory(the server does not have enough memory or the image is too large). Go to Options and disable Thumbnails generation. Remove images which too large from your server and try to enable Thumbnails generation again. Get more information about this issue on Phoca documentation site

I tried to delete photos and download lighter ones. However, it didn`t produce results.
Also I changed the size of the host. it didn't help.
Please help!

Hi, as the error message says:
- try to check if the image is not too large to manage it on your server (mostly image should be smaller than 2MB)
- check if its resolution is not too high
- try to create thumbnails per one image or per pagination, see tPagination Thumbnail Generation:

I try to compress this photos by Optimizilla. I try change resolution. It did`nt work.
I`m update extension, update Joomla, and others. And last of all, I`m try to upload another images. And all working good. I think there are a bad images, whatever it means. Thank you for your help.
