Context menu (boxplus)when right-clicking not working?

I switched on setting in detailed view: Context menu (boxplus) to display. But the context menu doens't appear when right-clicking an image inside the pop-up window.
I am not using any caching.
Any ideas why?

If I look on the phoca site at a boxplus demo, there is iframe code included. I don't have this iframe. I have download icon etc disabled.
Could it be that my right mouse context menu is not working if I have don't have this iframe perhaps?

Hi, can you paste here a screenshot what you exactly mean? And with which Phoca page you compare it (a link will be great)?

Hi Jan,
I have changed pop-up to Magnific. Customer needed right mouse context asap, so I had to change it.
Hopefully the boxplus problem was only on our site.
