Error while saving an item

Hi:

I have a problem with front end images upload. I think that everything is setup correctly. Before everything worked good and now I can't do this anymore. I am using version 4.2.2 Sometimes when I try to upload there is no error message but submit button takes me the home page. Could you please advise how to solve this problem. I tried to change file name using only small letters and nothing.

It is very interesting because some folders/galleries allow for front end upload and some not although they are configured in the same way.
Any thoughts?

I have just noticed that when when I trued to upload images do not go to assigned folders and all are in the ain directory. How to reassigne these folders to categories? Anyone?

Hi, first of all update to the latest version. In category edit - in administration, you can set the folder for the category.
