Hi!
I went to add new photos to our gallery but got an error. I saw there was a new release so I upgraded. Phoca Gallery now shows it's version 4.3.3. BUT I still cannot upload images via any method.
When I upload SINGLE I get this error: 500 Layout Form not Found
When I upload MULTIPLE I get this error: Security error 2048
When I upload the files via FTP they do not show up under images in Phoca Gallery.
Path is /images/PhocaGallery and folder permission is 755 and file permission is 644
I read through your documentation but found no answers.
Can you please help?
Thanks!

ask your webhosting provider, if there are no security limits on the server. When I upload SINGLE I get this error: 500 Layout Form not Found

Thanks for the reply. But all of the images that are WORKING and have for years are in the folder I mentioned above. If I change that it's going to screw up the whole gallery.

Hi, 500 means a php error, try to see the errorLog on your server if there will be no other php errors:
https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... rs-on-site
If the working images are stored in the folder, this does not mean that the permissions or ownership is now OK, if it will be wrong, this has no influence on current images but only for newly uploaded
