I've installed phoca download 3.1.0 component, cleared cachés (site and browser) and result it's the same

Hi, yes, you should upgrade to 3.1.0 so then we can continue with investigating what can be wrong there

What happen, when you disable File View (so you can download directly in Category View), does the download work?

Did you upload (backend) your file to: .... /phocadownload?
