Hi, you can change the strings in string ini file - in your case - the german files:

administrator/language/de-DE/de-DE.com_phocadownload.ini
language/de-DE/de-DE.com_phocadownload.ini

Hi, now I understand, the text in email. For now you can change it in:
administrator\components\com_phocadownload\libraries\phocadownload\mail\mail.php

Anyway, thank you for this question, I discovered, the language strings do not have the right format, so I will change it for the next version and since this, the strings will be in language file and the changed should be then done in the language file only.
