Phoca DL not appear in admin site

im having this problem since 1 month ago..my Phoca DL in admin not appear the categories. ive made 3 categories but it doesnt appear.

ive installed new phoca the latest version also facing same problem.

Hi,
try to check if you receive any kind of errors, js or php in front or backend.
BTW. Your page is very, very slow.

i want to paste an image whether u can troubleshoot my missing categories. how to paste image here?

BTW my friend told me that table license has expired? is it true? after i download the new phoca version i still cannot see the license which is appear 500 error like this:-
