Logs in Phoca Guestbook 3.0.4

Hello. What do the columns "HF", "FW" and "IP" means (last column) in the logs of the Phoca Guestbook 3.0.4? I have identified these columns in red in the figure. https://yadi.sk/i/_Dnlj6JxjBhWv - figure.

Hi, if you hover with mouse over the values, you can see it in tooltip:

HF - Hidden field - if it is included in the form
FW - forbidden word - if the forbidden word was included in the post.

(and if this is checked on not)
