Can't get Cooliris 3D wall working

I'm using Joomla 3.4.1.

When I first installed Phoca gallery, I was able to use the Cooliris 3D Wall layout, but since reworking my website; installing K2 and a new template (by Gavick) etc., it has stopped working.

When I go to the menu item that should display the gallery, I see the website page (menu, header etc.) and a blank page. At the bottom right, I see the "Powered by Phoca Gallery" link, but nothing else.

I have done each of the following:
1. Enabled Cooliris in the Phoca Gallery parameters
2. Generated Cooliris css files for all Phoca categories
3. Checked that crossdomail.xml is still in the website root, and it contains the entry <allow-access-from domain="*.cooliris.com" secure="false"/>
4. Changed the menu type to Cooliris 3D Wall, and selected the category I want to view
5. Checked that Adobe Flash is up-to-date

I've also tried reverting to the standard protostar template.

Any ideas what I'm missing?
