How to relate the coin value to the actual value of a national currency? (Coin value equal the national currency)

I need to keep the value of my cryptocoin just the same as the value of the Colombian currency. How can I do this. thanks for your help.

Can you please explain what do you mean by "the value of my cryptocoin"? MultiChain is not cryptocurrency exchange.

You should have enough national currency reserves, otherwise your crypto costs "0"
