Transaction commitment if system fails?

While running through any of these commands if the system fails what will happen? Will it be a full roll-back? There is transactional integrity?

Each transaction is atomic and only 'committed' once it is confirmed in the blockchain. As I mentioned, only sendrawtransaction actually makes the transaction real.
