multichain-cli command

Question

When I launch this command: multichain-cli test create stream messages true '{"description":"test"}'

It return  error: couldn't connect to server

Whereas when I tape: multichain-cli test  it enter the intreactive mode

You can enter interactive mode even if the chain is not running. Have you tried executing the stream creation command in interactive mode?

Just to add to this answer, the issue is that you have not started multichaind running for this chain first.
