Second node in the same server stopped mining after a few blocks

Question

Hi,

I have two nodes in the same server connected between them. I granted permission to mine to the second node address. After 5-15 blocks mined the node stop mining and I don't know why.

Moreover, I set the next params:

setruntimeparam miningturnover 1

mining-diversity : 0.5

The most likely explanation is that the mine-empty-rounds parameter is being applied, which stops mining after a certain number of blocks if there are no new transaction
