Program opens then immediately closes

Question

I just downloaded the files for Windows, Windows 10 specifically.  However, when I click any of the three .exe files they open then immediately close.  Any ideas???? Appreciate any help.

MultiChain comes as a command-line tool, and does not have a graphical user interface. So you need to first open a DOS window (using the cmd command) in MultiChain's directory, and then you can run it using the executable names.
