Heartbeat or SNMP

Does Multichain/Bitcoin node support any form of heartbeat or SNMP monitoring interfaces?

Not explicitly, yet. However any external monitoring process can always test whether a node is live by trying to open a connection to the port it uses for peer-to-peer connections (default-network-port in the blockchain parameters).
