MultiChain offers a JSON-RPC API that can be accessed from any modern programming language, including C#, Javascript, PHP, Python and Ruby. You would build your website in your language of choice and then write code on the back end to communicate with MultiChain via its API. It's beyond our scope here to give assistance on building a website itself.
