Disable PoW

Question

Hello,

How can I disable PoW because I'm working on private blockchain. I want totally disable PoW with no 8 bits too. I want to raise the throughput of blocks generation because I'm using Multichain in smart healthcare sector.

So if I disable PoW ? what is the consensus algorithm is used ?

The default 8 bits of PoW are absolutely inconsequential and will make no difference whatsoever to the rate of block creation. It means checking (on average) 128 hashes of a tiny piece of data. But you can change this in the pow-minimum-bits blockchain parameter if you still want to.
