gettotalbalances

Hi Team,

One question, the api "gettotalbalances" - does it sums the asset values (grouped on asset name) from the list of unspents or does it calculate it from list of all transactions for a particular address?

All the balance querying APIs work by summing unspent outputs tracked by the wallet.
