Hi, is there a way multichain can communicate with other blockchains?
Has anyone attempted this? The last update for this i think it was on 2017 and the response back then was negative.

There is still nothing built in for this, but you can use transaction filters to apply any constraint you need on MultiChain transactions, including for the purpose of implementing a sidechain.
