I need some help because I can not connect witch multichain-explorer

It ask a login et password.

It is the message

le site http://localhost:7196 demande un nom d’utilisateur et un mot de passe. Le site indique : « jsonrpc »

It sounds like you have set some HTTP authentication password on the website itself, this is not something that is related to MultiChain Explorer but rather the website configuration. If you're using Apache, it may be due to an .htaccess file or something in your Apache configuration.
