How verification process works in Multichain?

Question

I am trying to understand the verification process for blocks. Supposing that one miner has written a block in the blockchain. Then miner broadcasts to whole network that a new block has been written. Now how this block is verified by the other nodes?

Dose other nodes validates each transaction  (as done by the  first miner  as cost is very little)?

Yes, every node verifies every transaction, both when it first comes in, and when it appears in a block.
