How do I install MultiChain Explorer on Windows?

Notably, how do I install the dependencies on Windows, like here for Ubuntu:

sudo apt-get install sqlite3 libsqlite3-dev
sudo apt-get install python-dev
sudo apt-get install python-pip
sudo pip install --upgrade pip
sudo pip install pycrypto

We haven't yet tested the MultiChain Explorer on Windows, so you might be better off running it on Linux in a virtual machine like VirtualBox: https://www.virtualbox.org/
