Problem: In my MultiChain-Explorer the newest transactions are showing "Mempool" in the confirmations section

Question

I´ve a few mompool transactions in my Explorer-History. Do you know how to get them confirmed automatically and stop them beeing in the mempool?

If the transactions have actually been confirmed on the blockchain, then this might be the result of the problems you had earlier with the Explorer. You could stop the Explorer, clear out its database, and start again. See "Reset the explorer" instructions here: https://github.com/MultiChain/multichain-explorer
