Normally the grant with connect is possible but if we use a transaction filter expecting a series of message in a single grant command, how do we collect the permission signature and the message from other consenting nodes which agree to it?

You could do this using a stream on the chain, where all the individual approvals are posted as stream items, or you could use some off-chain mechanism.
