what is maximum transaction size in multichain and what does parameter max_std_tx_size means?

This is the maximum number of bytes that a single transaction can take up, and is controlled by the max-std-tx-size blockchain parameter. Unless you are embedding large piease of content as on-chain data, the default value of 4 MB will be more than enough for your purposes
