In one of my questions you answered with term "local wallet", does that mean that there is "global" wallet?
Can you explain more about the difference between local and "global" wallets?

There is no such thing as a global wallet - I just use the term 'local' to make it clear that the wallet belongs to the node running on the particular server for that node.
